I am a Registered Nurse with over 18 years' experience supporting people across the hospital sector, and for the past nine years I have continued to practice as a Clinical Nurse in community-based care on the Gold Coast. I am also a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, focused on personalised diabetes education and metabolic health.

I provide practical, evidence-based support to help you better understand your diabetes, feel more in control, and build confidence in your day-to-day self-management.
